The results of the 2024 DTW client survey are in and we couldn’t be prouder to share them with you.
As we’ve done every year for the past decade, we asked clients we have worked with over the last 12 months to give us their views on the quality of the work we’ve delivered for them and how it has helped them to meet their communications challenges – we’re hugely grateful to everyone who took the time to complete the survey.
Hearing what our clients think about us and the work we do is a really important measure of how we’re doing as a company and provides us with valuable feedback on where we’re doing well and where we can improve.
This year’s results are something we’re particularly proud of as we’ve scored very highly across all of the key measures we look at – as you can see below:
- 100% said they would recommend DTW to a friend or colleague
- 96% rated the quality of our work as excellent
- 96% rated our responsiveness as excellent
- 96% rated us top marks as a trusted partner to their team
- 96% said our team was excellent at meeting their expectations
We also asked our clients to sum up DTW in three words with the top three results coming out as professional, responsive and knowledgeable – three qualities we’re proud our clients associate with us.
The results as a whole are a reflection of the hard work the team here at DTW has put in over the last year and we’re really proud of the feedback.
